Ingredients

1 lb
backfin crab meat
1 1/3 c
chopped celery
1 c
mayonnaise
1/2 c
chopped onion
1/3 c
chopped green pepper
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 c
soft bread crumbs
1/4 c
grated sharp cheddar cheese

How to Make EASTPORT BAKED CRAB

Step-by-Step

  • 1combine the crab meat,celery, mayonnaise, onion, green pepper, worcestershire sauce and salt.
  • 2place the crab meat mixture into a well greased 2 quart casserole. Combine the bread crumbs and the cheese; sprinkle over the top of the crab mixture.
  • 3Bake in a moderate oven at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until thouroughly heated and the crumbs are lightly browned.
