Duck Dressing

4ducks
-
1 stickmargarine, melted

1 largepackage seasoned bread stuffing

1 1/2 cduck broth
-
1/2 ccelery, diced

1onion, chopped
-
1/2 cmayonnaise
-
2eggs, beaten
-
1 1/2 cmilk
-
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup

1 ccheddar cheese, grated
How to Make Duck Dressing
- Place ducks in saucepan. Cover with water. Boil until tender in covered saucepan. Save broth.
- Remove meat from the bones and chop.
- Mix well with all ingredients except soup and cheese.
- Put in large buttered casserole dish and let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
- Pour mushroom soup over casserole and bake for 1-1/2 hours at 400 degrees. Sprinkle grated cheese over top of casserole the last few minutes of cooking.
