  • 1 stick
    margarine, melted
  • 1 large
    package seasoned bread stuffing
  • 1 1/2 c
    duck broth
  • 1/2 c
    celery, diced
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, grated

How to Make Duck Dressing


  1. Place ducks in saucepan. Cover with water. Boil until tender in covered saucepan. Save broth.
  2. Remove meat from the bones and chop.
  3. Mix well with all ingredients except soup and cheese.
  4. Put in large buttered casserole dish and let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
  5. Pour mushroom soup over casserole and bake for 1-1/2 hours at 400 degrees. Sprinkle grated cheese over top of casserole the last few minutes of cooking.
