Ingredients
- 4 - ducks
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 large package seasoned bread stuffing
- 1 1/2 cups duck broth
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
How To Make duck dressing

Step 1Place ducks in saucepan. Cover with water. Boil until tender in covered saucepan. Save broth.

Step 2Remove meat from the bones and chop.

Step 3Mix well with all ingredients except soup and cheese.

Step 4Put in large buttered casserole dish and let stand overnight in the refrigerator.

Step 5Pour mushroom soup over casserole and bake for 1-1/2 hours at 400 degrees. Sprinkle grated cheese over top of casserole the last few minutes of cooking.
