Ingredients

  • 3 lb
    fresh lobster
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 5 Tbsp
    irish whiskey
  • 1 c
    cream
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Dublin Lawyer

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut the lobster down the center, remove the meat, don't forget the meat in the claws. Save the lobster shell to serve the dish. Cut the meat up into larger size cubes.
  2. In a skillet: Get the butter hot and saute the lobster until cooked, do not let it brown.

Warm the whiskey, then pour it over the lobster and set it on fire. Add the cream into the skillet and stir to get the pan drippings and juices. Add the seasonings.
  3. Divide this into the two half shells and serve right away as it is best hot.

*** serve with a baked potato and a salad.
