This is an old Irish recipe.... and so much fun! It really is easy and elegant...

cook time 10 Min
method ---
yield 2 serving(s)

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds fresh lobster
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 5 tablespoons irish whiskey
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

How To Make dublin lawyer

  • Step 1
Cut the lobster down the center, remove the meat, don't forget the meat in the claws. Save the lobster shell to serve the dish. Cut the meat up into larger size cubes.
  • Step 2
In a skillet: Get the butter hot and saute the lobster until cooked, do not let it brown. Warm the whiskey, then pour it over the lobster and set it on fire. Add the cream into the skillet and stir to get the pan drippings and juices. Add the seasonings.
  • Step 3
Divide this into the two half shells and serve right away as it is best hot. *** serve with a baked potato and a salad.
