Ingredients

  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 pound uncooked penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 6 slices deli honey ham
  • 6 slices deli pastrami
  • 6 slices deli oven roasted turkey
  • 4 slices deli cotto salami
  • 1 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 package processed American cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup honey mustard
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded colby-Monterey jack cheese

How To Make deli casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 11- x 7-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add crumbled blue cheese and panko bread crumbs.
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Fill a large pot with cold water, bring to a boil and stir in penne. Cook pasta at a boil, stirring occasionally until penne is cooked through but still slightly firm, about 11 minutes; drain.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile, melt margarine in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add sliced deli meats and saute 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in pepperoni and processed cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
  • Step 4
    Stir in sour cream, whipped cream cheese, honey mustard, seasoned pepper and hot cooked pasta until combined.
  • Step 5
    Spoon mixture into a prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded colby-Monterey jack cheese.
  • Step 6
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
