- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1 pound venison tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 - 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
How To Make deer camp tenderloin

Step 1Combine all seasonings and place in a shallow pan.

Step 2Coat slices of tenderloin with the mix.

Step 3Heat oil in a cast iron skillet.

Step 4Cook tenderloin pieces until meat is well-browned, turning slices over once.
