This recipe was given to me about 40 years ago by my good friend Mary. It's great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 cup bisquick
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup crispy fried bacon
How To Make crustless quiche

Step 1Mix first 4 ingredients in a blender.

Step 2Pour into a greased 9" pie pan.

Step 3Sprinkle cheese and bacon over ingredients in pie pan and press into surface with back of spoon.

Step 4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Allow to set for 10 minutes before serving.
