- 2--16oz. cans kidney beans, canned
- 1--8oz. can tomato sauce
- 16 ounces frozen vegetables
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups mild salsa
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (optional )
How To Make crockpot veggie chili

Step 1Combine drained kidney beans, tomato sauce. salsa, frozen vegetables, onions and chili powder. Pour into crockpot.

Step 2Cook on high for 4 hours until vegetables are tender.

Step 3Top with cheese before serving.(Or sour cream if you prefer.) Enjoy !!
