We don't like ours too spicy but hot sauce and more chili powder can be added for those who do. The second day I added left over chicken tenders cut into bite-sized pieces )

Ingredients

  • 2--16oz. cans kidney beans, canned
  • 1--8oz. can tomato sauce
  • 16 ounces frozen vegetables
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cups mild salsa
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (optional )

How To Make crockpot veggie chili

  • Step 1
    Combine drained kidney beans, tomato sauce. salsa, frozen vegetables, onions and chili powder. Pour into crockpot.
  • Step 2
    Cook on high for 4 hours until vegetables are tender.
  • Step 3
    Top with cheese before serving.(Or sour cream if you prefer.) Enjoy !!
