We don't like ours too spicy but hot sauce and more chili powder can be added for those who do.

Ingredients

  • 2--16oz. can(s)
    kidney beans, canned
  • 1--8oz. can(s)
    tomato sauce
  • 16 oz
    frozen vegetables
  • 1 medium
    onion, chopped
  • 2 c
    mild salsa
  • 3 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded (optional )

How to Make Crockpot Veggie Chili

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine drained kidney beans, tomato sauce. salsa, frozen vegetables, onions and chili powder. Pour into crockpot.
  2. Cook on high for 4 hours until vegetables are tender.
  3. Top with cheese before serving.(Or sour cream if you prefer.) Enjoy !!
