This is very easy to make and is delicious on a cold day. My husband and all his friends at work request this several times a month. It is fun and can be different each time you make it, let the imagination roll

Ingredients

  • 1 bag small
    store bought frozen meatballs
  • 2 box
    beef broth, reduced sodium
  • 1 box
    hamburger helper, any flavor
  • 1 small
    red onion, or yellow...depending on taste
  • dash(es)
    of salt and pepper or other seasonings to taste

How to Make Crockpot Meatball Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Pour your broth into a crockpot, add onions, meatballs and seasonings. Let cook all day and 20 minutes before you serve add the hamburger helper seasoning packet and noodles and let cook until the noodles are to your liking.
  2. Serve with some sprinkled parmesan cheese on top with a piece of bread or toast and enjoy
