My husband's sister gave us this recipe. She enjoyed cooking and was always looking for simple and easy dishes that didn't compromise on flavor. This one certainly fits that criteria. Fast, easy, and flavorful!!!

Ingredients
- 2 lbs - raw shrimp or smoked sausage cut into bite size pieces
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans french onion soup (campbells)
- 1 1/2 sticks butter (cut into small squares)
- 3 cups raw rice
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can rotel tomatoes (original, mild or spicy)
- 1/8 cup parsley flakes
How To Make crockpot jambalya

Step 1Place all of the above ingredients in crockpot and mix well.

Step 2Place lid on crockpot and cook on high setting for approximately 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
