Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 - onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 28 ounces tomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried (mexican)
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 30 ounces kidney beans, canned, rinse and drain
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 1/4 cans water
How To Make crockpot chili

Step 1Brown ground beef in a heavy skillet drain and place in crackpot. Combine onion,garlic,tomato,tomato sauce,chili powder,ground cumin,oregano,salt,pepper,cayenne pepper and kidney beans. Add to ground beef and stir to combine.

Step 2Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours. Turn heat to high. Mix cornstarch and water add to chili and stir to combine. Uncover and cook for about 15 minutes until chili thickens.
