Ingredients
- 1 16oz. boxes macaroni, elbow
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 sticks margarine { melt in micro. }
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese, colby, mozzarella cheese, or other cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
How To Make crock pot macaroni and cheese

Step 1Boil macaroni only five minutes rinse and drain. Oil crook pot, with the two Tbsp. of oil. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, While Macaroni is cooking. mix evrything in a bowl, using only 3/4 of the grated cheese, saving enough cheddar cheese to cover the top. Put mixture in crock pot and put remaining cheese on top Let cook in crock pot 3 - 4 hours on hi or cook 5 - 6 hours on low.
