Ingredients
- 1 cup cubed cornbread
- 2 cups cubed dried whole wheat bread, crusts removed
- 1 can cooked chopped ham
- 3/4 cup chopped smoked kielbasa
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 3 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 1/2 teaspoons creole seasoning or tony's
- 2 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups reduce-sodium chicken broth
How To Make creole stuffing

Step 1Heat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a 2-quart casserole with cooking spray.

Step 2In large bowl, combine cornbread, bread cubes, ham, kielbasa, bell pepper, celery, onion, Creole seasoning and eggs; mix well. Stir in broth; mix well.

Step 3Transfer mixture to casserole. Cover and bake 60 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
