cubed cornbread
2 c
cubed dried whole wheat bread, crusts removed
1 can(s)
cooked chopped ham
3/4 c
chopped smoked kielbasa
1/2 c
chopped red bell pepper
1/4 c
chopped celery
3 Tbsp
chopped onion
2 1/2 tsp
creole seasoning or tony's
eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 c
reduce-sodium chicken broth

How to Make Creole Stuffing


  • 1Heat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a 2-quart casserole with cooking spray.
  • 2In large bowl, combine cornbread, bread cubes, ham, kielbasa, bell pepper, celery, onion, Creole seasoning and eggs; mix well. Stir in broth; mix well.
  • 3Transfer mixture to casserole. Cover and bake 60 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
