Ingredients
- 1/4 cup real bacon bits
- 1 - unbaked 9"-deep diesh pie shell
- 3 large eggs
- 1 - 8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 - green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup lite sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 large ripe tomato, cut into thin wedges
How To Make creamy tomato-bacon quiche

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Spray a 9" deep dish pie pan w/ cooking spray. Place pie shell in pan. Sprinkle bacon bits evenly onto bottom of pie shell

Step 2In bowl, beat eggs. Beat in cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, except for tomatoes. Beat until combined.

Step 3Pour mix over bacon bits. Arrange tomatoes on top, in a pinwheel pattern. Bake 20 mins. Reduce heat to 350. Bake another 15-20 min, or until set. Cut into wedges. Serve hot.
