creamy ham and noodles
This recipe was created by me to use up ham lunch meat and sour cream. It made a quick and tasty lunch! Everyone loves it! Hope you do too!

Ingredients
- 1 bag wide egg noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 2 teaspoons old bay brand hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 8 ounces deli sliced ham
- 1 can cut green beans
- 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
- 1 can french fried onions, optional
How To Make creamy ham and noodles

Step 1Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2While noodles are cooking roughly chop ham and drain green beans.

Step 3Then combine soup, sour cream, Old Bay hot sauce, black pepper and seasoning salt in a medium mixing bowl, set aside.

Step 4In pot used to cook noodles, melt butter over medium heat. Add ham and heat through while stirring. Add green beans and dried garlic and heat through while stirring. Return noodles to pot and stir well to combine.

Step 5Add cream soup mixture and stir well to combine and heat through. Remove from heat and serve.

Step 6Optional, top each serving with french fried onions.
