Ingredients For crawfish etoufee
-
1 pkgfrozen crawfish tails
-
1 cchopped oinion
-
1 cchopped green bell pepper
-
1 cchopped celery
-
1 stickbutter
-
1 canrotel tomatoes
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup, undiluted

2 Tbsptony chatereus cajun spice or to taste
How To Make crawfish etoufee

1Melt butter in big skillet
-
2Add onion celery and bell pepper and saute until tender on medium heat.

3Drain rotel and add the meat of tomatoes to skillet reserving liquid for later
-
4Add the can of undiluted cream of mushroom soup to skillet and saute until brown mixture will be thick kind of like making gravy

5Stir in the liquid reserved from the Rotel Tomatoes

6Add Package of crawfish do not rinse
-
7Simmer for additional 15 minutes and serve over rice
