  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 stick butter
  • - onion, garlic, bellpepper
  • - bag of shredded cheese
  • - 1/2 small block velveeta or jalopeno cheese
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • - fresh or can of sliced mushrooms

  • Step 1
    SAUTEE ONIONS, ETC IN BUTTER, ADD CRAWFISH AND FAT. ADD CM MUSHROOM, CORN, ROTEL
  • Step 2
    CUT UP VELVEETA, STIR IN UNTIL MELTED
  • Step 3
    MIX IN CASSEROLE DISH WITH RICE AND TOP WITH SHREDDED CHEESE, BAKE AT 300 TIL CHEESE MELTS
