This is definitely family tested and loved. I sometimes substitute 1 cup of left over ham for the crabmeat.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonaisse
  • 2 tablespoons flour tortillas
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 ounces crabmeat, fresh or canned
  • 8 ounces swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon onion flakes, dehydrated
  • 1 - single crust pie crust

How To Make crabmeat pie

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together.
  • Step 2
    Spoon into uncooked pie crust.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 for 50 min. Let stand 15 to 20 min. before cutting.
