1 large
onion, chopped
2 clove
garlic, chopped
1/2 c
bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c
celery, chopped
6 tsp
tomato sauce
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
3 c
lump crab meat
1/2 c
italian bread crumbs
beaten egg
1 Tbsp
parsley flakes
salt and pepper to taste
double crust 10 inch pie crust


1Saute onions, garlic, bell pepper and celery in oil.
2Add tomato sauce, soup and crab meat. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
3Add bread crumbs, salt, pepper,parsley flakes and egg. Blend well being careful not to break up crab meat too much.
4Pour into crust and bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

1 pound shrimp or crawfish, boiled with seasonings and chopped can be substituted for crab meat.
