Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 6 teaspoons tomato sauce
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 3 cups lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1 - beaten egg
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - double crust 10 inch pie crust
How To Make crabmeat pie

Step 1Saute onions, garlic, bell pepper and celery in oil.

Step 2Add tomato sauce, soup and crab meat. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Step 3Add bread crumbs, salt, pepper,parsley flakes and egg. Blend well being careful not to break up crab meat too much.

Step 4Pour into crust and bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. 1 pound shrimp or crawfish, boiled with seasonings and chopped can be substituted for crab meat.
