Saute onion & green pepper in margarine. Lightly toss with the remaining ingredients and pour into a large greased baking dish.
Sprinkle the crushed cornflakes and cheddar cheese on top.
Cover and refrigerate dish for 24 hrs. Remove from refrigerator 45 minutes before baking. In the meantime, preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes. This is so good with crusty bread. Enjoy.
