    eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    cornstarch
  • 1/2 lb
    imitation crabmeat, flaked
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 1
    9 inch unbaked pie crust

How to Make CRAB AND SWISS QUICHE

Step-by-Step

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
  2. IN A MEDIUM BOWL, MIX TOGETHER EGGS, MILK, MAYONNAISE, AND CORNSTARCH. MIX IN THE IMITATION CRAB AND SWISS CHEESE. POUR IN PIE SHELL.
  3. BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN UNTIL A KNIFE INSERTED INTO CENTER OF THE QUICHE COMES OUT CLEAN, ABOUT 30 TO 40 MINUTES.
