6 can(s)bush's baked beans,

1 can(s)ro-tel tomatoes

2 lbbacon

1 lbbreakfast sausage

1 lbground chuck

1/2 cketchup

1/2 cmustard

2dry onion soup mix envelopes

1 cbrown sugar

1 largeonion diced fine

1/4 cdark molasses
How to Make Cowboy Chuckwagon Chow
- Preheat oven to 400^.In a large roasting pan, Pour beans into roasting pan.
- In a large skillet fry 1 pound of bacon. drain on paper towels and set aside to cool.
In the same skillet fry sausage, chopped onions and ground chuck, until no longer pink. Drain off fat. - Put bacon,sausage meat mixture into a food processor and chop till fine.
- Add meat and all ingredients to the beans. mix well. Top beans with remaining pound of raw bacon. Bake for 30 minutes.
- * I use Bush's Baked beans with their variety of flavors. one of each flavor..to put extra mmmmmm in the beans.
