- 8 - potatoes, sliced
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 pound fully cooked ham (in 1 inch cubes)
- 1 package country style gravy mix (1oz)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make country scalloped potatoes and ham

Step 1Combine potatoes, onion and ham in lightly greased stoneware crock pot. Whisk together gravy mix, soup and water until combined. Pour gravy mixture over potatoes.

Step 2Cover and cook on LOW 7-9 hours or HIGH 3-4 hours. Top with cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
