Ingredients
- 500 grams lean beef mince
- 1 - cauliflower
- 15 grams kale
- 2 - carrots
- 2 - leeks
- 100 grams chestnut mushrooms
- 1/2 - red onion
- 100 milliliters almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 - garlic clove, crushed
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- - fresh coriander to garnish
How To Make cottage pie with kale & cauliflower mash

Step 1Chop the cauliflower, then place in a pan of boiling water. Simmer over a medium heat for 15 minutes (until softened).

Step 2Meanwhile, place the mince and all the other veggies in a frying pan. Cook over a medium heat until the mince has cooked and the veggies have softened.

Step 3Drain the cauliflower, then add to a food processor with the kale, almond milk and nutmeg.

Step 4Place the mince mixture in a baking dish and top with the kale and cauliflower mash.

Step 5Grill for 10 minutes.

Step 6Garnish with fresh coriander.
