- 4 medium potatoes, diced; skin on or off is up to you
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 can Argentina brand corned beef (260 g)
- cooking oil, as needed
- pepper, as desired, to taste
How To Make corned beef hash

Step 1Heat 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large nonstick pan. When hot, add the diced onion and potatoes, and stir together. Cook, turning and stirring often, until the potatoes are lightly browned and tender. Season with pepper as desired during cooking.
