These ARE a SUPER HIT with the Grandchildren and ME(Grandma) The original recipe came from Allrecipes.com (of course I tweeked it alittle to our personal taste!)

Ingredients
- 2 - (8.5 ounce) packages cornbread mix
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 9 - turkey or pork&beef hot dogs
- dash - onion powder
How To Make corn dog muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease muffins tins or can use paper muffin cup liners.

Step 2Stir together the cornbread mix and onion powder in a large bowl. Whisk the eggs and milk in a small bowl until smooth. Fold the eggs and cheese into the dry mixture until moistened. Spoon mixture into the muffin tins until 2/3 full. Add 1 HOT DOG HALF to each muffin or/ DICE the hot dogs up and sink down into the batter!

Step 3Bake in the preheated oven 14-15 min. until golden brown! Grankids love theirs with KETCHUP I LOVE them with mustard!!!! :-) YUMMY!!!
