Ingredients

1 3/4 cups cornmeal
3/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 cups milk
2 - eggs
1/4 cup oil
3 - 3 hot dogs cut into 1/2 inch pieces

How To Make corn dog muffin bites

Step 1

Mix cornmeal,flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt.

Step 2

In another bowl whisk honey,milk,eggs and oil.
Step 3

Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and whisk till blended.
Step 4

Pour 1 tablespoon of batter in greased muffin cups.
Step 5

Lay hot dog slice cut side down in center of each batter filled muffin cup.
Step 6

Top with a tablespoon of batter on top of hot dog. Bake 425 for 14 minutes till golden brown.
