My husband and I came up with this on the weekend when we were doing "cabinet raid". It's really good!

Ingredients For corn dog crock pot casserole

2 boxjiffy (or comparable) corn muffin mix, prepared per package directions

1 pkghot dogs

1 pkgsmall bag shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make corn dog crock pot casserole

1Mix cornbread muffin mix per package instructions in a large bowl

2cut hot dogs into small medallions

3Add cheddar cheese

4Mix all ingredients into crock pot that's been sprayed with non stick spray.

5cover top with paper towels, and put lid on crock pot. set on high for one hour. then change out paper towels and recover. Lower heat to low for another 30 mins.
