My husband and I came up with this on the weekend when we were doing "cabinet raid". It's really good!

Ingredients

2 boxes jiffy (or comparable) corn muffin mix, prepared per package directions
1 package hot dogs
1 package small bag shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make corn dog crock pot casserole

Step 1

Mix cornbread muffin mix per package instructions in a large bowl

Step 2

cut hot dogs into small medallions
Step 3

Add cheddar cheese
Step 4

Mix all ingredients into crock pot that's been sprayed with non stick spray.
Step 5

cover top with paper towels, and put lid on crock pot. set on high for one hour. then change out paper towels and recover. Lower heat to low for another 30 mins.
