I love the state the state fair!!!! because I can get a great corn dog, but I went home to visit my parents and was looking though my moms recipe book and I found this recipe for corn dog batter.

Ingredients

2 cups pancake mix
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt

How To Make corn dog batter

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and take wooden kabobs and stick inside middle of hot dogs about half way up.

Step 2

Dip hot dog in all purpose flour and then into batter. Deep fry until golden brown.
