I love any corn puddin without flour BUT custard style in a custard cup with tomato sauce? Y'ALL I have died and gone to heaven !

  • 2 cups corn cut from cob
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

    Beat eggs,combine with milk,butter and seasonings, add corn. Turn into individual greased custard cups, bake 45 minutes in moderate oven-350-375F.-Unmold and serve with Tomato Sauce. Serve immediately...
