Ingredients
- 8 cups corn bread no salt
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups celery chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 5 - eggs
- - add black pepper for taste
- - just a touch of celery salt
- 2 small cans of sage( add to your taste)
- 1 large box of chicken broth
How To Make corn bread dressing

Step 1Make lg pan of Corn Bread 1 day before and let set out to dry. Look at my Corn Bread recipe

Step 2Put all vegetables in Pan and Brown before adding to mix

Step 3Mix all ingredients with enough chicken broth to make medium batter. Do not add salt Broth has enough in it.

Step 4Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until brown. One time during cooking take from stove and turn mix over. Cook until brown on top or until mix is not doughy
