Hubby and I went to a "mom and pop" restaurant in our small town this morning and this was on the menu. The whimsical name caught my attention, but the ingredients really made me curious so I ordered one.........OMGoodness. These will make a rabbit hug a dawg!!! I came home and looked online for a cornmeal waffle recipe which I found at Southern Living. The restaurant didn't add the sour cream, but I think it would be good. I know it sounds like a heart attack on a plate so you wouldn't want to eat this very often, but if you try it, I think you will like it!

***The waffle recipe said that these ingredients make twelve 4 inch waffles, but I have not tried it yet, so I don't know for sure.
