Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 2 cups cooked ham, cut into small pieces
- 4 teaspoons flour
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 can 8-oz. mushrooms, sliced
How To Make company ham skillet

Step 1Melt butter in a large skillet. Add onions and ham. Saute' until onions are tender. Sprinkle the flour over the ham mixture, stir to blend. In a small bowl stir soup until smooth, then blend into the ham mixture. Cook over medium heat for just a few minutes, stirring constantly. Slowly stir in the sour cream, add mushrooms. Heat through but DO NOT BOIL.

Step 2Serve over hot rice or butter noodles.
