A delicious, yet easy bake! You can use any other cooked sausage like bratwurst, andouille, etc. if you want to change it up.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

In the winter, a stick-to-your-bones meal is always welcome, and this kielbasa potato bake is one of those. It's easy to prepare and packs a punch of savory flavor. The sausage adds a smokiness, while the potatoes are nice and tender. The combination of seasonings pairs well with the meat and potatoes. And, you can't go wrong adding cheese to pretty much anything. Comfort food to the max.
