Ingredients
- - cooking spray
- 2 - (12-14 ounce) packages polska kielbasa
- 1/2 medium sweet or white onion, thinly sliced
- 5 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make comforting cheesy kielbasa and potato bake

Step 1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9" X 13" pan with cooking spray on the bottom and sides. Cut the kielbasa in half length-wise and then cut into 1/2 inch slices. Place in a large bowl.

Step 2Add the onion.

Step 3Add the potatoes.

Step 4Add remaining ingredients except for the cheese and mix well.

Step 5Transfer mixture to the prepared pan and spread it out as evenly as possible.

Step 6Bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes, or until potatoes are fork tender, stirring every 10 minutes. When the potatoes are done and tender, turn the oven off and sprinkle the shredded cheddar over the top. Return the pan to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
