lean ground sirloin
1/2 lb
lean ground pork
1/2 lb
lean ground veal
2 Tbsp
ice water
1/4 c
ground oats
1/4 bottle
chili sauce
1 small
onions, minced
2 tsp
worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste


1Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 4 inches above the heat source.
2On a gas grill, set the heat to high.
3Combine the meat with the remaining ingredients.
4Shape into 6 patties.
5Grill the burgers for 10 minutes until they are crusty outside and slightly pink inside.
