Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound lean ground sirloin
  • 1/2 pound lean ground pork
  • 1/2 pound lean ground veal
  • 2 tablespoons ice water
  • 1/4 cup ground oats
  • 1/4 bottle chili sauce
  • 1 small onions, minced
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make combo burgers

  • Step 1
    Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 4 inches above the heat source.
  • Step 2
    On a gas grill, set the heat to high.
  • Step 3
    Combine the meat with the remaining ingredients.
  • Step 4
    Shape into 6 patties.
  • Step 5
    Grill the burgers for 10 minutes until they are crusty outside and slightly pink inside.
