This is a traditional dish in Puerto Rico. Everyone in Puerto Rico enjoys this dish, it is simple to do and it is a quick dish. I remember my grandmother making it. The whole family enjoy it, and she was the one that showed me how to make it. So thank you grandma for showing me. (Este es un plato tradicional en Puerto Rico. 3Put the rice in a pot on high temp. until it starts boiling then turn it to medium and cook it until all the water is all gone then put it on low.
