chinese fried quinoa
1 tablespoon soy sauce is a little so season to taste with it. There is no salt added to this recipe it all comes from the sauce sauce. I usually just add at the end and keep tasting it until it's how I like it.

Ingredients
- 2-3 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 - carrots peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 cans sliced water chestnuts
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken
How To Make chinese fried quinoa

Step 1Heat canola oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.

Step 2Add carrots and peas. Cook for 2 minutes or until tender. Move to side of pan.

Step 3Add egg. Fry, cutting into small pieces. Mix all together.

Step 4Add quinoa and cooked chicken. Stir.

Step 5Add soy sauce. Stir. Heat through.
