I recieved this from a dear friend years ago. If you like chinese food you will love this, Its a simple dish to make and Im sure you will like it.

Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 cup rice, instant and uncooked
- 1 cup celery,chopped
- 1 large onions, chopped
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 package chow mein noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
How To Make chinese beef

Step 1Brown hamburger and place in bottom of a bakeing dish. Cover with rice. Add bean sprouts,onion.celery.Mix the two soups together and pour over the above. Add 1 cup of water.

Step 2Bake at 350 degrees til the rice is soft.Cook covered. Pour chow mein noodles on top of this and bake another 15 minutes.
