Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 - yellow onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, lightly packed
- 2 cans (14 oz each) diced tomatoes, not drained
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red papper
- 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans, drained
How To Make chili (freezer meal)

Step 1In a large saucepan, brown beef and onion and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer on low 15 minutes.

Step 2Cool completely in refrigerator . Place in freezer bags and label. Freeze up to 3 months.

Step 3To serve, allow to thaw at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Step 4Place chili in saucepan with 1/4 cup water and cook on medium until heated through, stirring occasionally.
