chili at the fair!
I started with Keto ingredients for a beanies chili. I added the can of kidney beans to serve at our "At the State Fair" meeting to make it more chili-like for all the non-keto folks.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound sausage
- 1/2 - onion
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 cups bone broth
- 15 ounces can of fire roasted tomatoes
- 1 can rotel tomatoes & chilis
- 1 can kidney beans, canned
How To Make chili at the fair!

Step 1Dice the onion and sauté it in a pan with 1 tbsp olive oil

Step 2Add the ground beef and sausage until brown

Step 3Add Onion and meat to slow cooker. Add all other ingredients and stir.

Step 4Turn on Slow Cooker on low and cook for at least 4 hours.

Step 5Serve warm with slice scallions or shredded cheese or sour cream.
