14 oz can chopped green chilies, drained

6slices bread, your choice of bread

3slices monterey jack cheese

2eggs
-
1 cupmilk

·butter and salsa
How to Make Chile Rellenos Sandwiches
- Mash chilies with fork, spread on three slices of bread.
- Top with cheese and slice of bread. In shallow bowl, beat egg and milk.
- Dip the sandwiches, fry in butter or oil in large skillet till golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve with salsa.
