Ingredients

DRY INGREDIENTS

·2 tsp or 1t dried minced onion

·1 tsp dried minced garlic
-
·2 tsp paprika
-
·1 tsp garam masala
-
·1/2 tsp ground cumin
-
·opt. 1/2 red pepper flakes
-
OTHER STUFF
-
·3t butter
-
·2 lbs bonless skinless chicken breasts cut into cubes
-
·2 t lemon juice
-
·1 14 oz can diced or crushed tomatoes
-
·1 can coconut cream
-
·2 t cornstarch
-
·salt and pepper to taste

PUT IT TOGETHER
How to Make Chicken Tikka Masala
- Melt butter in a large pan. Med heat. Add the chicken and lemon juice ... if you are using fresh onion and garlic add them now. Cook and stir about 10 minutes or until chicken is almost done.
- Add the spices and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 10 to 20 min. Salt and pepper to taste
- Add in the coconut cream mixed with the cornstarch. Stir well and bring to a boil.
Serve over rice. Dellicious
