chicken chow mein
This was something my mom made with shredded pork growing up. I felt chicken would give it better flavor. I also like this cause I can add more chicken and add more spice to taste I am also gluten free and using gluten free soy sauce didn’t change the flavor and it’s a no mess up recipe anyone can do it and you could add rice or cook it on the side if you have a bunch of people to feed
