My Kids love cheese and tater tots...why not have the best of both worlds!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 small cans of cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 large bag of shredded cheddar cheese
  • - salt and pepper
  • 1 pound tater tots (frozen)

How To Make cheesy tater-tot caserole

  • Step 1
    You will need a 13-9 inch baking pan.
  • Step 2
    In a large pot or dutch oven brown hamburger. When browned, drain access fat. Return to pot.
  • Step 3
    Add both cans of soup and corn and season with salt and pepper. Stir.
  • Step 4
    Take the baking pan and spread the mixture on the bottom of the pan evenly. Add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese (I like alot). Then you will make an even layer of tater tots on top of the mixture. season with salt and pepper on top of the tots. Bake tater tots according to directions on package. When finished baking let sit for 15 minutes and enjoy.
