Cheesy Potato Cassarole
1 bag(s)32 oz. frozen hash browns thawed
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
2 csour cream
2 cshredded cheddar cheese
1/3 csliced green onions
2 ccrushed corn flakes
1/4 cmelted butter
How to Make Cheesy Potato Cassarole
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 13x9 baking dish. In large bowl, whisk together soup, sour cream, salt, pepper. Stir in cheese, onion, hash browns until well mixed.
- Spoon mixture into 13x9 inch baking dish. In medium bowl mix together crushed corn flakes and melted butter.Sprinkle evenly over top of hash browns.
- Bake uncovered 45 minutes. Allow to set 5 minutes.
