32 oz. frozen hash browns thawed
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
2 c
sour cream
1/2 tsp
salt
2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 c
sliced green onions
1/4 tsp
pepper
2 c
crushed corn flakes
1/4 c
melted butter

How to Make Cheesy Potato Cassarole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 13x9 baking dish. In large bowl, whisk together soup, sour cream, salt, pepper. Stir in cheese, onion, hash browns until well mixed.
  • 2Spoon mixture into 13x9 inch baking dish. In medium bowl mix together crushed corn flakes and melted butter.Sprinkle evenly over top of hash browns.
  • 3Bake uncovered 45 minutes. Allow to set 5 minutes.
