Ingredients
- 1 bag 32 oz. frozen hash browns thawed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 cup melted butter
How To Make cheesy potato cassarole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 13x9 baking dish. In large bowl, whisk together soup, sour cream, salt, pepper. Stir in cheese, onion, hash browns until well mixed.

Step 2Spoon mixture into 13x9 inch baking dish. In medium bowl mix together crushed corn flakes and melted butter.Sprinkle evenly over top of hash browns.

Step 3Bake uncovered 45 minutes. Allow to set 5 minutes.
