3/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon dried chives
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup french's fried onion rings
3/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded

How To Make cheesy mashed potato casserole

Step 1

Preheat oven 350° prepare mashed potatoes to directions. Add sour cream, chives, parsley, pepper to the mashed potatoes. Place potatoes into a casserole dish. Top with cheese & sprinkle French's onion rings around the edges of the casserole. bake about 20 min or until cheese melts
