Ingredients
- 10 - hot dogs, sliced
- 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can whole kernal golden sweet corn, drained
- TOPPING
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3 tablespoons margerine or butter
- 2 cups mashed potato flakes
- 1 cup milk
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- - paprika
How To Make cheesy hotdog casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 350.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine hot dogs, soup and corn. Mix well. Spoon into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, set aside.

Step 3In medium saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in flaks and milk, add egg and blend well.

Step 4Spoon spread over hot dog mixture. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until heated through.

Step 5Sprinkle with cheese and paprika and bake for an additional 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
