This is an extremely easy and yummy recipe that includes ingredients you probably have laying around in your fridge! It's a great go-to dish when you need something quick to make for dinner! If you have a lot of mouths to feed, I would recommend doubling the recipe, as this is only for an eight-inch baking dish.

Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 can buttermilk biscuits
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 - egg
How To Make cheesy hamburger-crescent casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350º.

Step 2Brown hamburger in onion powder and green pepper. Drain.

Step 3Add tomato sauce, chili powder and garlic powder. Simmer.

Step 4Separate each biscuit into two pieces. Press half of the biscuits over the bottom of an ungreased eight-inch square baking dish.

Step 5In a small bowl, combine half a cup of cheese, sour cream and egg.

Step 6Stir the sour cream mixture into the meat mixture. Spoon over dough that has been pressed to the bottom of the baking dish.

Step 7Top the dish with the remaining biscuits and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Step 8Bake for about thirty minutes or until the cheese is lightly browned.
