I was invited to my BFF's house for dinner and she made this fantastic stew. I couldn't get enough of it cause it was so darn good. The flavor was out of this world. So I have to give credit to my best friend in the whole world miss Julie. hope you all enjoy it too.

6 - bratwursts cut in chunks
4 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 medium red peppers diced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can green beans drained
1 cup water

How To Make cheesy bratwurst stew

Step 1

Brown the bratwurst in skillet until no longer pink. Add dry minced onion and cook for 1 minute.

Step 2

Add brats and all other ingredients to crock pot. Cook 3 hours until potatoes are fork tender.
