  • 6 large dill pickles, drained and sliced
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 pound ground beef, cooked and seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • hot buttered noodles, for serving

How To Make cheeseburger dill pickle sauce

  • Step 1
    Place the pickles in a paper bag with the flour. Shake well. Add the butter to a large pot and brown the pickles.
  • Step 2
    Add the beef stock and bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and let simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.

    Add the cheese and let it melt.
