- 6 large dill pickles, drained and sliced
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked and seasoned with salt and pepper
- 1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese
- hot buttered noodles, for serving
How To Make cheeseburger dill pickle sauce

Step 1Place the pickles in a paper bag with the flour. Shake well. Add the butter to a large pot and brown the pickles.

Step 2Add the beef stock and bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and let simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 3Meanwhile, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.
