Ingredients
- 28 jars (ounces) spaghetti sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 30 ounces whipped cottage cheese
- 8 ounces grated mozzarella cheese
- 6 ounces grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 12 ounces box jumbo shell pasta, cooked until 3 minutes shy of al dente.
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley (optional)
- 1-2 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
How To Make delicious stuffed shells

Step 1Spread 2 tbsps.of spaghetti sauce in bottom of 9 X 13 inch baking dish; set aside.

Step 2Combine egg, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, basil, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Step 3Spoon about 3 tbsp. cheese mixture into each cooked shell; arrange shells in the prepared dish over sauce; pour remaining sauce evenly over stuffed shells and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese over top.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
